Baller Bao plate by The Dumpling Hero

This is for the seafood lover! You get two delectable baos – the Golden Spider Bao features a crispy soft shell crab coated in a buttery garlic saled egg yolk sauce. You also get the Lobster Bao – a twist on a classic lobster roll but in a fluffy bao! The Dumpling Hero has been a staple at the Stampede midway foods scene and this is exactly why!

Cowboyaki by Happy Fish food truck

This western take on takoyaki is filled with meat floss, seaweed strips, and big chunks of octopus drizzled in teriyaki sauce.

Ube Little Donuts by The Little Donut Bakery

Purple mini donuts made of ube! Yes please. There are three different options available – Ube Coconut, Ube with sprinkles or if you’re not ready to go full ube, they still have their classic cinnamon donuts with just a light drizzle of ube.

Momos on a Stick by Mumbai Bites

Anything on a stick is ok with me! These crispy fried dumplings come in vegetarian and chicken options and drizzled with the chef’s special fusion sesame sauce. 

Jackie, La Vaquera (aka Jackie the Cowgirl) by Arepas Ranch

This slow marinated brisket arepa is melt in your mouth deliciousness – the homemade Jack Daniels sauce really hits the spot.

Gator Pepperoni Pizza by Avatara

That’s right – alligator pepperoni on top of Avatara’s yummy thin crust flatbread. It’s finished with fresh basil and will honestly get devoured so fast. Don’t sleep on this pizza!

Gold Rush lemonade bucket by Family Squeezed

This giant lemonade will quench your thirst (and probably your whole family TBH). Made with aloe, cactus and yes, that is edible gold on top too.
